Centralia Advances With 8-1 Win Over Moberly

Centralia’s Kaelyn Walters allowed only one hit and one walk while striking out ten through the first five innings of the Panthers 8-1 win over Moberly Wednesday night. With two on and two out in the second, Centralia broke through for four runs.

Bostick says Walters has played well recently after she only saw limited action earlier in the season.

Centralia is now 15-12 and will play Mexico in the semifinals Thursday night at 7. Hallsville is the top seed and will play Boonville at 5. Moberly’s season ends at 5-18.
