Center Man Killed in Ralls County Accident

A Center man was killed and another suffered minor injuries in a Ralls County accident early Friday morning. The State Highway Patrol says 36-year-old Lee Hulse died from injuries suffered when his truck went off Kingbird Lane and overturned just before 2. A passenger, 30-year-old Timothy Long, was taken privately to Hannibal.
