Carroll Previews The Independence Day 5K

The 31st annual Independence Day 5K will lead off a busy July 4th in Moberly’s Rothwell Park. Moberly cross country coach Greg Carroll says it’s an important fundraiser for his program….

T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 75 registrants. Carroll says the course starts at the Riley Pavilion….

Embroidered jackets will be awarded to the top overall male and female. Carroll says there will be other prizes…..

Independence Day 5K onsite registration will begin at 7:00 that morning, with the race starting at 8:30. Eight running divisions start with 12 and under and progress to 60 and over.
