Camdenton Man Injured in Boone County Accident

A Camdenton man suffered moderate injuries in a two-vehicle accident along Highway 63 southbound at Mt. Pleasent. The State Highway Patrol reports a Volvo tractor and trailer driven by 47-year-old Francisco Eloisa of Texas crossed into the path of 42-year-old Douglas Hooper causing Hooper to strike the towed portion of Eloisa’s vehicle. Eloisa was not injured. Hooper was transported to Columbia.
