Cairo Boys Beat Sturgeon

Ryan Tracy’s 17 points led the Cairo Bearcats to a 62-46 home win over Sturgeon Tuesday night.

Sturgeon was led by Jacob Smith with 18, as the Bulldogs were without senior Jacob Brooks. Coach Michael Smith said they found out about ten minutes before getting on the bus that Brooks was in quarantine.
Cairo is now 12-1, and will be at Pilot Grove Friday. Sturgeon falls to 7-5, and visits Slater Friday.
