Busick Supports Changes to School Anti-Bullying Policy

Missouri’s schools are required to have a no tolerance policy against bullying. State Representative Danny Busick says the policy should be modified so kids who are defending themselves are not punished as severely.

The bill would also allow schools to provide counseling for both the bullies and the victims. House Bill 1715 needs one more vote in the House before going to the Senate.
