Busick Opposes Red Flag Laws

State Representative Danny Busick is supporting a bill that would stop red flag laws in Missouri and keep local officials from enforcing federal laws. He says he has three reasons.
Busick says the laws also assume someone is guilty before the fact, and he fears they would be abused.
