Busick Discusses Waters of Missouri Bill

A bill in the Missouri House would define the Waters of Missouri. State Representative Danny Busick says this would mostly impact streams.
Busick says having a state definition would likely have the biggest impact on the Department of Natural Resources.
House Bill 1691 was referred to the House Agriculture Policy Committee last month. Senator Rusty Black has a similar bill in the Senate.
