Brownlee Arrested

Columbia Police have arrested the man they say killed a three-year-old boy Sunday. Officers arrested 28-year-old Larry Brownlee, Jr., Monday afternoon. Columbia Police responded to a report of shots fired at Leeway Drive and Blue Ridge Road in northeast Columbia just after 2 Sunday. The boy died at the hospital from a gunshot wound to the torso.
