Britt Farms Earns Leopold Conservation Award

Britt Farms was announced as the 2022 Missouri Leopold Conservation Award recipient on November 28 during the Missouri Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts Annual Training Conference in Osage Beach. In Missouri, the $10,000 award is presented annually by Sand County Foundation, American Farmland Trust, Missouri Farmers Care Foundation, the Missouri Soybean Association and Missouri Soybean Merchandising Council, the Missouri Corn Merchandising Council and the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
A Clifton Hill farm family has received a $10,000 prize for their conservation efforts. Regional Radio’s Kyle Hill has more.
