Boy Seriously Injured at Vandalia Fairgrounds

A 6-year-old Vandalia boy was seriously injured when he was run over by the pickup truck he was hiding under at the Vandalia Fairgrounds. The State Highway Patrol says that happened Tuesday afternoon around 5:45pm. The driver was backing out when he ran over the child, who was flown to Columbia.
