Both Truman Teams Remain in the Regional Rankings

Heading into the final week of the regular season both Truman State basketball teams remain in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Rankings. The Bulldog men dropped three spots to number five after a 1-1 week. Indianapolis is number one, followed by Bellarmine, Ferris State, Southern Indiana, and Truman. The Bulldogs are 18-8 overall and tied with Missouri-St. Louis for the best record in the Great Lakes Valley Conference at 14-4. The ‘Dogs are second behind UMSL in the point rating standings, which determine seeds for the GLVC postseason tournament.

The Truman women are still 10th in the regional rankings. The Bulldogs are 18-7 and 14-4 in the GLVC, which is tied with Lewis for the second best record in the conference.
