Boston Celtics Sign Brodric Thomas

Thomas split time with the Houston Rockets and Cleveland Cavaliers organizations as a rookie last year. He was named to the G-League All-Rookie Team and All-NBA G League second team after averaging 18.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.9 steals. Thomas played in 32 NBA games and averaged 3.9 points, 1.7 rebounds and 0.9 assists.

Thomas said joining the Celtics completes a triple play as far as rooting interests for his family….

Thomas led Truman to the GLVC championship in 2020. The former Bulldog said skeptics fuel his fire to stick in the NBA….

In three collegiate seasons at Truman, Thomas averaged 18.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.6 steals.
