A Boonville man was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident at the 122.8 mile marker on Interstate 70 Westbound around 2:30 today. The State Highway Patrol reports 51-year-old David OBryan was driving a Mack truck with a dumpster style unit with an extended boom. As the vehicle drove under a bridge, the boom struck the bridge which caused debris from the bridge to fall onto the vehicle of 78-year-old June Cook of Boonville. OBryan was transported to Columbia. Cook did not suffer any injuries.
