Boat Anchor Hits a Hartsburg Woman at Mark Twain Lake Saturday

A Hartsburg woman was seriously injured in a boating accident on Mark Twain Lake on Saturday afternoon. The State Water Patrol reports a boat operated by 50-year old Robert Sherman had the anchor down. When his vessel accelerated the anchor surfaced and struck 56-year old Lisa Sherman. She was taken to a Columbia hospital for treatment.
