Bishop Will Stay in Howard County to Play at CMU

A New Franklin standout will stay in Howard County to play college basketball. Central Methodist men’s basketball tweeted that All-State guard Gavin Bishop has committed to join the Eagles. Bishop was voted to the KRES All-Star team and the MVP of the Central Activities Conference after helping lead New Franklin to a 24-2 record and a district championship. Bishop was also the valedictorian of the New Franklin class of 2020 according to the social media post.
