Bill Submitted by Rep. Basye Could Allow IEP Meetings to be Recorded

A new bill introduced by Representative Chuck Basye could help parents who have children with special needs. Basye says the bill would allow parents to record their child’s Individualized Education Program meetings.

Basye believes there are multiple benefits if the IEP meetings are recorded.

Basye says the House Elementary and Secondary Education committee plan to vote the bill out Wednesday.
