Bethel Colony Hosting Fall Market This Weekend

The Bethel Colony hosts its Fall Market Saturday and Sunday, from 10 to 4 both days. An assortment of vendors, historic Bethel home tours, live music and plenty of food including wine tastings can be found. Bethel Colony member Courtney Culler says there will be an exciting food-related event coming to the market for the first time this year.

Bethel Colony was founded in 1844 as a religious communal colony that produced and shared goods in the area. Culler elaborates on the historic home tours happening this weekend.

The featured live music will be performed by the Shortleaf Band, a fiddling duet founded in the Ozarks, that also performs with the Missouri Arts Council. Booth spaces are available for youth vendors as well.

Admission is two dollars for adults with children 12 and under free. For more information visit historicbethel.org
