Bauer Discusses Building MACC Softball Program

Matt Bauer is now on campus after being hired as the Moberly Area Community College first softball coach last month. Bauer has coached at Frazee High School in Minnesota for the past five years, and wanted to move up to a higher level.

Bauer says of the many things that need to be done before the team starts play, one of the top priorities is recruiting.

One of the most important attributes he’s looking for in recruits is good character.

The Lady Hounds will start play alongside the new baseball team in the spring of 2023.
