Basye’s IEP Bill Passes Out of House

Representative Chuck Basye’s Individualized Education Program recording bill passed out of the House last week. The bill was able to pass through the consent calendar.
Basye filed the bill last year, but it never passed. The Rocheport native explains where the support came from.
The bill has been reported and first read in the Senate.
