Basye Favors New PDMP Legislation as Long as Second Amendment Is Protected

The Missouri House has had lots of discussions of a Prescription Drug Monitoring Program over the past several weeks. Rocheport Representative Chuck Basye says he is for the bill.
While Basye is in favor of the bill, he understands the opposition as well.
