Basye Clarifies, Doubles Down on NEA Comments

Recently, Representative Chuck Basye had some strong comments towards the Missouri National Education Association. The drama started with a parent testifying about a school choice bill which was being heard by the house elementary and secondary education committee.
Basye does not plan to rescind his comments, which included telling the Missouri NEA to quote “go to hell and get back to work.”
