Bailey Explains Federal Challenge Of 2nd Amendment Preservation Act

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey explained the state’s 2nd Amendment Preservation Act on KWIXland This Morning last week.
Bailey said Missouri’s 2nd Amendment Preservation Act has been challenged in federal court.
In March, Bailey joined 18 other state attorneys general to file amicus briefs in federal court supporting the second amendment and the right of places of worship to determine their own policies related to firearms.
