Authorities Search for Boone County Fugitive in Macon County

Local and state authorities performed a manhunt earlier today near Highway 63 in the La Plata area. Missouri State Highway Patrol Public Information and Education Officer for Troop B Corporal Justin Dunn explains how the search got started.
The manhunt was called off at around 2:30 this afternoon. Dunn says they’re seeking the public’s help in locating the fugitive.
He has been identified as 44-year-old Robert Lee Hoblia of Columbia. Once again, anyone with knowledge of Hoblia’s whereabouts is asked to call the Missouri State Highway Patrol at 660-385-2132.
