Atlanta School Administration Focusing on Upcoming Bond Issue

Voters in the Atlanta School District will decide on a bond issue in April to construct a new school building. The current building dates back to 1923. Current Atlanta Principal Stacie McVey says they’re working to inform voters.

McVey says that decision wasn’t taken lightly.

The Atlanta School Board also considered renovating the current school building, but found the more financially viable option was to build a new building.
