Arrest Made In Boonville Armed Robbery

The Boonville Police Department has made an arrest in connection to the December 28, 2019 armed robbery of the Lucky’s Eagle Stop convenience store. 54-year-old Michael Lawrence Butler of Boonville was arrested this past Friday. He was charged with robbery in the first degree, armed criminal action, and a felony count of stealing. Butler was also arrested on charges of attempted robbery in the second degree regarding a purse snatching incident on February 2nd outside of Isle of Carpi Casino.
