Arraignment Scheduled for Moberly’s Dustin Pool in Second Degree Murder Case

A Moberly man charged with second degree murder for the fentanyl overdose death of a Moberly woman in January is scheduled to be arraigned in Randolph County Court Wednesday. According to court records, 41-year-old Dustin Pool is accused of selling the woman opiates five times between last November and two days before she died. A search of his home in February found opiates and methamphetamine. Police were called to the victim’s home for a report of a possible overdose, and found her not breathing and unresponsive, with a syringe in her hand.
