Area Teams In The Preseason High School Baseball Coaches Poll

The Missouri High School Baseball Coaches Association preseason rankings are out. In Class 1, Green City is 4th, La Plata is 6th, Pilot Grove is 7th, Wellsville-Middletown is 9th, and Cairo is receiving votes (St. Elizabeth, Oran, and Cooter are the top three teams in Class 1). In Class 2, Putnam County is 2nd behind Marionville. In Class 3, Father Tolton is 3rd and South Callaway is 10th. In Class 4, Blair Oaks is 2nd behind Kennett. In Class 5, Jefferson City is 9th. In Class 6, Rock Bridge is tied for 5th.
