Annual Blow Cancer Away Banquet This Saturday

The 13th Monroe County Cancer Supporters Blow Cancer Away Banquet is this Saturday at Madison High School. Doors open at 5 pm, dinner is served at 6 and a live auction will start around 7. Organization president Glenn Turner details the meal.
The Madison Area Community Betterment Group is providing the meal. Vice President John Turner says the event is driven by community support.
The organization is nearing one million dollars raised from the event. John Turner says they also have some great raffle prizes this year.
Area residents are also encouraged to donate auction items to the Monroe County Farmers Mutual Insurance building leading up to Saturday’s banquet. Admission is free, and freewill donations for the meal will be accepted.
