Aldo Leopold Conservation Award Finalists Announced

Three farms in Northern Missouri are finalists for this year’s Aldo Leopold Conservation Award. Ashley McCarty, executive director of Missouri Farmers Care, says one of the three farms is located in Randolph County.
McCarty goes on to introduce the remaining finalists.
The Missouri Farmers Care Foundation is a co-sponsor of the Aldo Leopold Conservation Award, alongside the Sand County Foundation, American Farmland Trust, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and Missouri Soybean Merchandising Council. The winner of the $10,000 prize will be announced at the Governor’s Conference on Agriculture next month in Osage Beach.
