Neal says there is no reason for “unnecessary delays” to get the agreement to the floor of the House of Representatives, once other procedural hurdles are cleared. The announcement comes as representatives from the U.S. and Canada are in Mexico to finalize changes made to strengthen Mexican labor laws, and after nearly 160 Republicans sent a letter to Speaker Nancy Pelosi calling for a vote on USMCA.
