Ag Implements On Display On National Mall

The National Mall in Washington, D.C. will resemble a farm show the next two days, as the ag industry’s major brands and groups are highlighting the role modern agriculture plays in society. The display is part of this year’s celebration of National Ag Day. Curt Blades, senior vice president for ag services with the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, calls the display a labor of love.

Blades says that 32 different displays are set up over the course of a half-mile walk.

The Celebration of Modern Agriculture on the National Mall will take place Monday and Tuesday.
