Accidental Shooting in Fayette Under Investigation

Law enforcement is currently investigating the death of a Fayette high school student. Howard County Coroner Trisha Clark.

Clark says the Fayette Police Department is the lead agency in the investigation.

Fayette forfeited Monday’s girls district basketball game against South Shelby. As of now, the boys game Tuesday between the two schools will be played.
