ABSENTEE TURNOUT LOW FOR TUESDAY ELECTION IN HUNTSVILLE

Voters in Huntsville head to the polls tomorrow to determine whether or not to sell the water and wastewater utility to Missouri American Water. To this point, Randolph County Clerk Will Ellis says the numbers have been low.

Ellis says while he would be pleased with a 15 percent turnout, but he does not anticipate it being that high.
