92-Million Dollar Grant Will Provide Boost to Interstate 70 Improvements in Missouri

During his State of the State Address last week, Governor Mike Parson revealed the state is receiving a 92-million dollar infrastructure grant to improve Interstate 70. These grant funds will go towards projects along the interstate such as work zone safety technology, truck parking and workforce development. Taylor says he hopes this will solidify I-70 for the future.

Construction to widen I-70 to a third lane in each direction is scheduled to begin this summer.
