Moberly Evaluates Future 911 Funding

Moberly City Manager Brian says the city continues to struggle to find adequate 911 funding, and entities that use the system are being asked to help support it.

In the past, the primary source of funding was landline fees.

Along with the loss of landline money, Crane says for several months, the 911 fee on mobile devices was not collected properly.

Crane hopes to find a solution soon.
