Starkey replaces Travis Kinkade, who resigned in December. The Bulldogs program started with a 2013 JV season that included two varsity games. Harrisburg moved to a varsity schedule in 2014 and won a combined six games the last five years. Starkey notes his first few months in Harrisburg will be crucial.
