The Bulldogs program started with a 2013 JV season that included two varsity games. Harrisburg moved to a varsity schedule in 2014 and won a combined six games the last five years. Starkey expands on the Harrisburg culture.
Starkey replaces Travis Kinkade, who resigned in December. The Cedar Hill native says he will rely on the youth program to develop a winning Harrisburg team.
