O’LAUGHLIN, INCORPORATED ANNOUNCES EXPANSION INTO LEWIS COUNTY

Leo O’Laughlin, Incorporated, with locations in Macon, Marceline and Shelbina has announced it is expanding into Lewis County. The company provides bulk hauling and quality ready mix concrete throughout Northeast Missouri and is co-owned by Russell and Cindy O’Laughlin of Shelbina. The expansion follows the purchase of a concrete facility connected to the Heartland community that served Shelby, Knox and Lewis Counties. The hope is to grow the rural Lewis County business to 10 full-time employees. Doug Vaughn of Lewis County will serve as manager of the plant. In addition, the company will work to rebrand the trucks and other equipment as well as invest more than $1 million into new infrastructure. Leo O’Laughlin, Incorporated was established in 1950.
