134th Annual Randolph County Old Settlers Begins Thursday in Huntsville

The 134th Annual Randolph County Old Settlers runs this Thursday through Saturday in downtown Huntsville. The Huntsville Historical Society Museum opens Thursday morning at 9 and the Old Settlers Luncheon is at 11 at Trask Hall. Old Settlers Secretary Sam Ingebritson says this is a great way to recognize longtime residents.

The lunch is free for Old Settlers. Others can still attend for ten dollars. Ingebritson explains how the meal is put together.

The Old Settlers Royalty Pageant will be that night at 6:30 followed by a variety of kids activities. Saturday morning features a pet pageant and a bicycle show at 11.

Other Saturday activities include hayrides, bounce houses and live music. A parade will be held at 6.
