(request) Tupperware cinnamon roll
9 cups flour
2/3rds cup sugar
1/2 cup water
4 eggs beaten
1/2 cup of milk scalded
2 tsp salt
2 pckg of yeast
put the flour in a large tupperware bowl and mix the other ingredients in another bowl; make a well in the flour and pour in the mixed ingredients and seal with a lid; burp the lid; let rise until the lid pops off; add two sticks of butter melted, mix well and seal the lid and burp again; let rise until the lid pops off again; on a floured board kneed lightly; roll out the dough and spread with butter, sugar and cinnammon; roll the dough into a roll and slice into rolls; place in a greased 9 by 13 inch pan and let rise until about double; bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes; for the frosting, use 1/2 cups of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp milk, and 1/2 tsp vanilla; mix well and pour over the rolls

Chocolate Chip Zuchini Cake
1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups of flour
1/4 cup of dry cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
(optional) 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon and 1/4 tsp of ground cloves
2 cups shredded zuchini
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
cream the butter, oil and sugar; add the eggs, milk and vanilla and mix well; combine dry ingredients-flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cloves and gradually add to the creamed mixture, stir in zuchini (she didn't drain), spread into a greased 9 by 13 by 2 baking pan, sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips, bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
