A man who led Kirksville Police on a pursuit while driving an ATV ... is facing additional jail time. 41-year-old Bradley Wilkins is already incarcerated at Southeast Correctional Center in Charleston for possession of a controlled substance. In an unrelated case, a Linn County jury has convicted him of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. Adair County Prosecutor Matt Wilson says Wilkins will be sentenced September 27:

Wilson urged the jury to hold Wilkins accountable. The jury deliberated about 20 minutes before returning guilty verdicts:

Investigators recovered a syringe after the pursuit. Wilson says the syringe tested positive for meth residue.
The case was moved from Adair to Linn County on a change of venue.
