"The Ultimate Strawberry Pie" (prize-winning pies recipe book)
(crust)
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp of cold milk
Combine all crust ingredients. Press in bottom and side of 9 inch pie plate, do not prick the crust. Bake at 400 degrees, for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown, let it cool.
(filling)
2 packages- 1, 8 oz and 1, 3 oz, of cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp sugar
1 qt fresh whole strawberries, divided
2 squares, 1 oz each, semi-sweet chocolate melted (could be optional)
1 tbsp finely chopped pistachio, pecans or walnuts
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add about 3/4ths cup of strawberries, beat until just bits of strawberry remain. Spread into cooled pie shell. Melt chocolate over low heat and dip tips of remaining strawberries in chocolate, arrange the tips up, over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with nuts, chill thoroughly. Cut with a sharp knife, serves 8.

"Glazed Pork Loin Roast"
3 to 4 lbs of pork loin
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
In small bowl, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, mustard and black pepper and brush the glaze onto pork loin. Bake in a roasting pan, at 350 degrees, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, about 30 minutes per pound, or to desire doneness. Brush glaze on pork every 30 minutes (she cooked in a roaster).

Make a regular size angel food cake.
Soften 8 oz cream cheese, put in a large mixing bowl, until smooth and fluffy. Add an 8 oz cool whip and beat with cream cheese. Then, add 3 oz pkg instant lemon pudding and 2 cups cold milk and beat all until smooth. Tear up angel food cake and mix with pudding, put in a bowl and let chill.
